Sage Allen

The Sage Allen Apartment homes are located in a what was formally a historic department store in downtown Hartford CT.  When the Sage Allen store opened in 1889, it was known for its fashion apparel, home goods and more—Hartford residents have fond memories of the old days shopping in this Hartford landmark. Our goal was to embrace the historic treasure that is Sage Allen with a twist of modern energy to attract young professionals looking for downtown living. Our positioning for this property is “Home Reimagined” just as the original department store was reimagined as a residential living space.
